Statement
I am curious about circumstances and stories and what they say about social and cultural conditions. Influenced by the documentary photography tradition, I make observational photographs informed by research. In my current work, I explore the tension between economic viability and environmental sustainability in settings such as agriculture and industry. My intent is to foreground the balancing act between material and environmental prosperity as a challenge that we all now face.
